I managed to get all of it logged into e-tools as well, and I'm happy to report a successful week!

Are any of you obsessive like me, and log your food in more than one place?
I also use my WW 3-month tracker. I always have that with me so that as I eat/drink something I immediately write it down. And I also still track everything on SparkPeople.com. The nutrition tracker on SP makes it easier to figure out the Points+ on Weight Watchers.

I have a written journal and I keep track either on sparkpeople or weight watchers, depending on my mood :)
I track only on Spark People, but I should keep a written journal so that I make sure to get everything!
May I add you as a friend on SP?
Great weigh in! Putting your tracker on the fridge like that is a fantastic idea. Its hard to ignore it and its always in sight.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! You are beautiful! And I'm trying not to be jealous of you. :) You are so thin, I can tell you've been working really hard! I just want to get down to about 140, can't even think about the "teens."
I'm just now starting to write down my food, and will be checking out spark people as I've seen it recommended a few times. I'm not a Weight Watchers girl though, I just do it on my own!
