I assume that the days not listed on the chart are rest days, right? Make sure you give your body a rest! Oh, (and you KNEW I would ask this) you are stretching every day, right????
I am stretching, but probably not as much as I should be. I found a Yoga DVD that I'm going to use for ST and stretching as soon as it gets here!
